**Fiti-Mall Return Policy:**
1. **Eligibility:**
- Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
2. **Return Process:**
- Log in to your Fiti-Mall account and navigate to the "Support ticket" section.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and specify the reason for return.
- Print the return label provided and securely package the item(s) for return.
3. **Refund Procedure:**
- Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
4. **Exceptions:**
- Certain items, such as perishable goods or personalized items, may not be eligible for return.
- Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return.
